Ground Capon Recipes

RED WINE ROOSTER BURGERS

Serves: 3-4 People

Ingredients
1 pound Ground Capon
1 teaspoon red wine
1/3 cup of your favorite sautéed minced vegetables (red pepper/mushrooms/carrots/onions)
seasonings of your choice

Directions
Sauté your favorite vegetable mix to and place in a bowl. 
Add the vegetable mix to 1 pound of Ground Capon and mix well.
Form 3-4 patties.
Grill or fry in a pan with some oil or butter until meat reaches 165F


I you prefer a looser texture you can use 1/4 cup of water per pound of ground capon.  We air chill therefore there is very little water retention in our Capon products.

Apple Pie Lovers - use cheddar cheese and sautéed apple chunks instead of vegetables.
